One of five years of being a student has past, and how fast it past 😯.

When I started to write this post it was April a bit hectic time. But worse would it be 🤪. May was busy with both online lectures, my part-time work and exams 🤪🙈. But somehow I managed that too.

April 2026.

I will say that it is by grace I have been pasting some of the exams not by luck. I am so thankful for this past year. Both to the part-time job I got and all the new skills I have learned! Challeges I have got into where the Lord have helped me understand afterwards.

Here I am, in the start of my summer break fixing the dress I’m gonna wear on a wedding in a week. And that hasn’t been a easy thing to fix 🙈🤪🤣. But I did it 😊

Made a Summer skirt in between on adjusting the zipper on the dress.

Its been a challenging year but God has been on my side. Blessed me with part-time work and a really good internship place! And how important it is for me to trust Him in everything.

I’m looking forward next year at Campus and what the Lord wants for me when it comes to working as a teacher. I have learned so much more as a teacher student than I did just a substitute teacher! And I see what the lector was talking about when it comes to the theories behind teaching and how many of the theories actually are a part of the school system!

Next year’s internship is fixed 😊. Part-time job almost fixed. So I guess I just need to try and Enjoy the rest of the Summer. I have at least one project after my Holiday.

Time flies, last week of work and the long Summer break..

After the exams week have I been working 60% at the school and less at my extra workplace SFO. And now the last week before the summer holidays I am in place on a Monday. First time in a whole school year 😅and was working the whole week (100%).

I was waiting on an email about internship for next year at the university 🤞🙏🤞🙏🤞 I’ll get it.  I sent out email already in April 🙈.  I received a positive answer on internship 😍😍. It’s in box 😊😊.

Summer break from the 20th of June to 17th of August 🤪. At least I have things to fix  – sew 🧵 those first two weeks 😊. Two dresses that are in need of love  – new zippers.

I have been counting down to today the 21st. To be alone where I rent. To be able to sew again. I haven’t been sewing since December-25 🥲🥲🥲.

First day of sewing is today the 21st and more will it be! The clothes laying beside me waiting to be fixed 😊.

Adventure in May, travelling east to celebrate the National Day and south to go to campus 

May 16th, travelling day.

Travelling East by bus only because the train isn’t trustable any more.

May 17th of May  = 🇧🇻The National Day of Norway 🇧🇻 . Stayed in Lier, Buskerud with friends from my years in Oslo.

A luxury to have coffee and breakfast out in the sunshine 🤩.

Travelling East today too to celebrate the Day with family of my friends nearby Moss and Jeløy.

Monday 18th towards Notodden

Stavanger  – Campus Notodden 1st of March with the delay cause a rockslide with huge rocks and locked road.

Part one, bus into the bus and train hub, Sunday 1st of March 09.21.

My hope this morning was to stay awake, so I would see this new (for me) ride where I have not taken the bus before.

Part three, bus NW400 the coast bus, 10.46 that will bring me nearby Haugesund.

Switched bus at a normal bus stop on the outside of Haugesund city centre. 🌤 but 🥶wind. Next time I will take the bus into Haugesund centre, even if it cost a bit more.

Part four. 13.15 on bus NW180. This bus trip goes over the mountain, called Haukeliekspressen. The views 😊. I think that being a bus driver along this route not only offers winding and narrows roads and good views, but also full concentration because it goes both up up up and down down down and is also winding.

As I wrote in the start, my hope was to stay awake. I have maybe rest my eyes 30 minutes after 6 pm. I am more hungry than tired. Normally I fall asleep without thinking just not today 😆. I really tried to sleep. I have more pain in my bump after nine hours of travelling and not yet at Notodden 🤪.

Because of the rock landslide this morning at Fjæra 10.40, the bus had to take a two-hour longer detour and therefore are we at least one hour and delay. So instead of arriving 19.44 we are still on the road…  I  might write more this week at Campus it all depends on how tired I am after all the practical lessons we will do.
